Faulkner Law Ranked Among Top 10 Advocacy Programs in the Nation by Gavel Rankings

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law (Faulkner Law) is proud to announce that its Trial Advocacy Program has been ranked No. 10 in the nation by the prestigious Gavel Rankings, placing Faulkner Law among the most elite advocacy programs in the United States.

The Gavel Rankings evaluate advocacy excellence based on competitive performance, training quality, faculty expertise, and the overall strength of student advocates. Faulkner Law’s rise into the Top 10 reflects years of strategic investment in advocacy education, faculty leadership, and student success.

Faulkner Law’s Trial Advocacy Program continues to gain national attention for its hands-on learning opportunities, rigorous preparation, and championship-level competition history. Recent achievements include multiple regional top five placements, national appearances, and consistent recognition for excellence in trial practice and advocacy training. Just this year Faulkner Law Advocacy Teams have beat nationally recognized teams such as the University of Florida Law School, University of California Los Angeles Law School and Stetson Law School.
