By keeping our classes small and encouraging students to communicate openly and often with their professors, our students know that the faculty and staff care about their success. Our rigorous academic program emphasizes both a deep understanding of the law and legal analysis and the accumulation of a broad range of skills necessary to successfully practice law.
The strength of our academic program is based on the scholars and faculty who arrive at Faulkner Law from diverse backgrounds. Members of our faculty have received degrees from some of the most acclaimed law schools in the nation such as from Emory University, Cornell University, Howard University, University of Chicago, University of Texas, University of Virginia, University of Alabama, Tulane University, Indiana University, and many more. Outside the classroom, many professors are committed to research and writing while others can be found working with one of the three clinical programs or volunteering their time with Moot Court or Trial Advocacy Competitions.
