Located in Montgomery, Alabama’s capital city, Faulkner Law offers a rigorous legal education in a close-knit, distinctively Christian environment. Through a demanding curriculum and meaningful experiential-learning opportunities, we prepare students with the knowledge, judgment, and practical skills necessary to serve their clients and communities effectively.
We seek students who have the ability and determination to succeed academically, as well as a sincere desire to use their legal education to pursue justice and serve others—wherever their careers may lead.
We find inspiration in the ancient words of the prophet Isaiah: “Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause.” (Isaiah 1:17)
Our mission extends beyond teaching the law. We prepare graduates to enter the profession with integrity, sound ethical judgment, and a commitment to placing their clients’ interests first. They learn to identify complex legal issues, apply the law with precision, and advocate vigorously on behalf of those they represent.
Effective lawyers must also understand that not every dispute is best resolved through litigation. Our students learn to evaluate the full range of available solutions and to resolve conflicts in ways that meet their clients’ needs while preserving important relationships whenever possible.
